Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the heavy cream and vinegar to a jar or container with a lid (I use a mason jar), and let it sit for 5 minutes. This creates a buttermilk. After 5 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Shake, shake and shake some more! Store in refrigerator and use as a dip for your veggies or add a little water to thin out and use as a dressing for your salads.
