This recipe here is the best low carb dessert fruit pizza. It is so good that I served this for a birthday dinner to our friends who are not low carb keto followers, and it was a hit! Use your seasonal berries.
The Best Low Carb Dessert Fruit Pizza
This yummy fruit pizza is low carb keto friendly! So yummy with a cookie crust and cream cheese icing. Your friends will never know it's low carb sugar free. Mine didn't!

Ingredients
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C Coconut flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 C Seasonal berries add more if desired
- ICING
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C Powdered sugar substitute I use Nature's Besti use promocode NORMA10 for discount
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream butter and sugar with beaters, and slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the dough in the center of a greased pizza pan.
- Spray one side of parchment paper and place on top of dough.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough on top of the parchment paper.
- Bake pizza cookie crust in oven for 20-25 minutes until center is cooked and edges are golden. Take out and let completely cool.
- In a bowl, blend together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar substitute until completely blended smooth.
- Once pizza is completely cooled, spread cream cheese icing over top of pizza and top with berries.
- Arrange berries whole or by slicing them in halves.
