  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Dressing
  • 1/2 Bell pepper chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp peanuts, chopped

  • MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped
  • 5 Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Cup Red cabbage, chopped
  • 2 oz. Salami, chopped

  • ANTI PASTA SALAD
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
  • 2 oz Salami, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp each Ranch and salsa mixed together for dressing
  • 4 oz. Ground turkey taco meat, cooked
  • 2 Cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Use one Mason Jar for each salad. Start with dressing first at the bottom, then add rest of ingredients one at a time.
  • Close each jar with a lid and store in refrigerator. When it's time for a meal, shake the jar well, and pour onto a plate or in a bowl, and enjoy!
