Meal Prep Salad Jars
Life is busy, and if we meal prep it is helpful to stay on track. These meal prep salad jars are all low carb, low sugar, an easy way to plan your meals for the week. Prepare, store in fridge, grab and enjoy! Five different recipes to enjoy five different salads throughout the week.

- 5 32 oz Mason Jars wide mouth is easier to fill
Ingredients
- ASIAN SALAD
- 4 oz. Cooked chicken
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Dressing
- 1/2 Bell pepper chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp peanuts, chopped
- . . .
- MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped
- 5 Kalamata olives, halved
- 1 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 Cup Red cabbage, chopped
- 2 oz. Salami, chopped
- . . .
- ANTI PASTA SALAD
- 2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
- 2 oz Salami, chopped
- 5 green olives, halved
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped
- 1 oz. Fresh Mozzarella balls, halved
- 4 marinated artichoke hearts, halved
- 4 Peperoncini, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

- COBB SALAD
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 Cup cucumbers, chopped
- 2 Cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 Egg, hard boiled, sliced
- 2 Bacon slices, cooked and chopped
- 4 oz. Cooked chicken
- 1 oz. Blue Cheese crumbles
- . . .
- TACO SALAD
- 1 Tbsp each Ranch and salsa mixed together for dressing
- 4 oz. Ground turkey taco meat, cooked
- 2 Cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Use one Mason Jar for each salad. Start with dressing first at the bottom, then add rest of ingredients one at a time.
- Close each jar with a lid and store in refrigerator. When it's time for a meal, shake the jar well, and pour onto a plate or in a bowl, and enjoy!

Looks yummy! Do you eat these out of the jar or empty into a bowl? Shouldn’t the Asian Salad have some cabbage and or lettuce?
