Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C chopped fresh spinach
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese cut on diagonal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage in a pan. While still warm, mix in cream cheese and spinach. Set aside.
- Slice the 8 Mozzarella cheese slices on the diagonal. Lay on silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven till edges are brown and bubbly. Make sure not to let them stay in too long.
- Fill the cheese triangles with the cheese mixture and fold over while still warm, making sure to crease the edges with your finger.
- Top with your favorite low carb marina sauce. That was easy wasn't it? Only 1.5 net carbs per four pieces.
