- 4 Salmon steaks

- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add brown sugar and Cajun seasoning to a bowl, mix well.
- Place salmon on parchment or foil lined cookie sheet.
- Pat dry salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Rub seasoning blend evening over all four pieces of salmon.
