Hi, Low Carb Norma here.

Welcome to my food blog. In 2016, I was diagnosed with prediabetes, and I was told that if I didn’t change something, I was going to become a type 2 diabetic. So, I changed my diet. By eliminating sugar and adjusting my carbs, I reversed my blood work from prediabetes to normal in only 3 months. I am sharing with you my favorite dishes including low carb breads, pizza, pasta, even dessert options. There are so many delicious low carb alternatives. My goal on this blog, is to help you realize, that you can release any strong holds carbs have on you. There is no need to feel deprived. Did you know, there’s a low carb substitution to most foods? Stick around, I will show you how! . Cheers,
