  • Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Add cream, powdered sugar substitute, cocoa powder and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Scoop mixture in a large plastic bag, cut the corner of the bag, and start piping your chocolate mousse for the keto girl into two glasses . Top with berries, or whipping cream, or your favorite sauce, OR all of the above. Just make sure they are all sugar free. Enjoy !

  • Preheat oven to 350 °
  • Stir melted butter, almond flour, 3T Swerve and 1 tsp vanilla, mix together.
  • Press crust on bottom of 9" pie plate or springform pan.
  • Bake 350 ° for 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Let cool
  • Blend together cream cheese, 1C powdered sugar substitute, and 1 tsp vanilla until creamy.
  • Blend in sour cream and heavy cream.
  • Pour over top of crust & smooth out. Cover, refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with your favorite berries or nothing at all.
