Welcome to Low Carb Norma's food blog. In 2016, I was diagnosed pre diabetic and I was told that if I didn’t change something, I was going to become a type 2 diabetic. So, I changed my diet. By eliminating sugar and lowering my carbs, I reversed my blood work from prediabetes to normal in only 3 months.
