I have made this no fail, delicious keto cheesecake for my kids and they can’t believe it’s sugar free and keto friendly. It’s a winner for birthday celebrations, and gatherings with friends and family. You can choose to top this cheesecake with fruit of the season, or to keep it completely sugar free, choose no fruit at all. It’s deliciously decadent on it’s own.

Low Carb Keto NO BAKE Cheesecake

This delicious keto NO BAKE cheesecake is a keeper. Make this tasty, easy cheesecake for your next dinner party. This cheesecake is so tasty, your friends will never know it is low carb sugar free.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °
  • Stir melted butter, almond flour, 3T Swerve and 1 tsp vanilla, mix together.
  • Press crust on bottom of 9" pie plate or springform pan.
  • Bake 350 ° for 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Let cool
  • Blend together cream cheese, 1C powdered sugar substitute, and 1 tsp vanilla until creamy.
  • Blend in sour cream and heavy cream.
  • Pour over top of crust & smooth out. Cover, refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with your favorite berries or nothing at all.
