Viral Pasta California Style

Viral Pasta California Style

This is a fun spin and my interpretation of the very popular viral pasta California style. I have recreated the original version from Finland that uses Feta cheese and I incorporated Humboldt Fog cheese from Northern California. This is a very soft, easy melting cheese and since I am low carb, I added my favorite Palmini noodles for pasta. If you haven’t tried these yet, you really need to try them. They are 100% hearts of palm noodle. Lots of local grocery chains are now carrying them. Also available online, my favorite brand is HERE. You will want to try my viral pasta California style tonight! You can feel free to add chicken, sausage or your favorite meat or keep it a simple delicious meatless meal.
