Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1 T Paprika
  • 1 T Garlic powder
  • 1 T Ground mustard
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • 8-10 wooden skewers

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in a shallow bowl of water being sure to completely immerse in water for 15 minutes. This will help keep them from burning once you place them on a hot grill.
  • Heat BBQ grill to a medium heat.
  • Rinse shrimp, and dry with paper towels, releasing any moisture. Place shrimp in a bowl and toss with 2 T olive oil to completely cover all shrimp.
  • In a small bowl, add all the spices, mix well.
  • Start to skewer three shrimp per skewer. Once all skewered, sprinkle spice blend completely covering all sides of shrimp.
  • Oil your BBQ grill and place the skewers down on grill, and cook 3 minutes each side until pink. Being careful not to over cook.
