Spicy Grilled Shrimp on the BBQ

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
- 1 T Paprika
- 1 T Garlic powder
- 1 T Ground mustard
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 T Olive oil
- 8-10 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in a shallow bowl of water being sure to completely immerse in water for 15 minutes. This will help keep them from burning once you place them on a hot grill.
- Heat BBQ grill to a medium heat.
- Rinse shrimp, and dry with paper towels, releasing any moisture. Place shrimp in a bowl and toss with 2 T olive oil to completely cover all shrimp.
- In a small bowl, add all the spices, mix well.
- Start to skewer three shrimp per skewer. Once all skewered, sprinkle spice blend completely covering all sides of shrimp.
- Oil your BBQ grill and place the skewers down on grill, and cook 3 minutes each side until pink. Being careful not to over cook.
