Soak wooden skewers in a shallow bowl of water being sure to completely immerse in water for 15 minutes. This will help keep them from burning once you place them on a hot grill.
Heat BBQ grill to a medium heat.
Rinse shrimp, and dry with paper towels, releasing any moisture. Place shrimp in a bowl and toss with 2 T olive oil to completely cover all shrimp.
In a small bowl, add all the spices, mix well.
Start to skewer three shrimp per skewer. Once all skewered, sprinkle spice blend completely covering all sides of shrimp.
Oil your BBQ grill and place the skewers down on grill, and cook 3 minutes each side until pink. Being careful not to over cook.
