This is my spin on the popular Kardashian salad. I added some healthy fats with avocado and swapped the chickpeas for white beans. Omit the beans if you are keto and opt for another protein. The darn good salad is a great one to take to your next party.

This is my spin on the very popular Kardashian salad. A few changes, however the darn good salad is just that. It's a great option for any meal or to bring to your next party.

  • Rinse and drain 3 stalks of hearts of Romaine lettuce. Chop into bite size pieces.
  • Pat dry lettuce and place in a large bowl.
  • Chop cucumber, avocado, salami, sun dried tomatoes and mozarella. Layer each ingredient including white beans over the top of your chopped bed of lettuce.
  • In a separate bowl add all dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad and enjoy!
