This keto crepe recipe came to life during the time we were all staying at home, and I was missing going out to restaurants. We have a popular local breakfast place that serves complimentary crepes while you wait for your order. This had me really craving crepes—especially a healthy crepe option that would fit into my low carb, sugar-free lifestyle. So what do you do when you can’t have something? I decided to make the best low carb crepe I could.

Truly the BEST low carb keto crepe
Ingredients
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 C Almond flour
- 2 T Granulated sugar substitute I use Nature's Besti use promocode NORMA10 for discount
- 1/4 C Unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar substitute for dusting I use Nature's Besti, use promocode NORMA10 for discount
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until all combined. I actually used my little Magic Bullet blender for this recipe.
- Grab a 10" skillet and place over medium heat with a very small amount of healthy oil or butter. Add 3T batter in the pan then swirl the pan to spread an even layer. I am not going to lie, this will take some practice to get a circle, and be ready to possibly toss your first attempt in the trash. If not, then congratulations to you! Practice makes perfect.
- Cook batter until the edges are ready to flip over. This can be challenging, because if cooked too long, it may get crunchy. This took me a few times to get it right. Use a spatula to flip gently over. I used my acrylic fingernails to lift them up. Lol.
- Cook for a few minutes until the center is cooked.
- Roll these beautiful crepes up immediately ,and dust them with powder sugar substitute and enjoy like this or choose to top with fresh berries, sugar free syrup, or a sugar free jelly. Enjoy friends!

More Tips for the Perfect Keto Crepe
If you’re new to making almond flour crepes, here are a few extra tips to make this recipe even easier:
- Preheat your pan well before pouring the batter. This helps prevent sticking.
- Use a non-stick pan or crepe pan if available—this makes flipping much easier.
- Don’t over-blend the batter; just enough to combine everything smoothly.
- Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes if you have time—this can help it thicken a bit and improve texture.
These sugar-free crepes are versatile and can be used for both sweet and savory low carb breakfasts. Try filling them with cream cheese and berries for a classic keto dessert, or use scrambled eggs and avocado for a delicious keto breakfast crepe.
