More Tips for Making the Best Cauliflower Mash

If you want your mashed cauliflower to be ultra creamy, make sure to squeeze out any excess water after cooking the riced cauliflower. Too much moisture can make your keto mash watery. A cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel works great for this step!

You can also switch things up by trying different cheeses. Parmesan, cheddar, or even Gruyère can bring a new twist to your creamy cauliflower mash. Alternatively, for a dairy-free version, you can substitute the cream and cheese with coconut cream and nutritional yeast.

Overall, this cauliflower mash recipe is a perfect low carb side for holiday dinners, weeknight meals, or even as a tasty topping for keto shepherd’s pie. Whether you’re on a keto diet or just want a healthier mash option, this dish checks all the boxes.
