This is a great mashed potato substitute. Making a meal that would be complimented by a creamy mashed potato? Try this cheesy low carb cauli mash recipe. You can't go wrong with all the flavors of garlic and Asiago cheese here.
Preheat oven to 400° Pull out the food processor, and place drained cauliflower, garlic, salt, heavy cream, butter, cream cheese and Asiago cheese. Blend all together and you can place in a greased casserole dish or I like to use my cast iron skillet.
Bake cauli mash for 30 minutes. Take out and broil for another 5 minutes for a golden color. Enjoy friends!
