- 1 C Avocado Mayonnaise
- 1 T Red pepper flakes

- Preheat oven to 350° Shred the pound of pepper jack cheese. Add Parmesan, garlic, diced green chilies, corn , mayonnaise and red pepper flakes, mix well.
- Combine and mix well.
