Low Carb Keto Cheesy Crack Dip

Always the most popular favorite. I use my cast iron skillet to toss it all into and serves up pretty and stays warm.

- 1 lb. shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 C Shredded Parmesan
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced green chiles
- 1 can Fiesta Corn with Peppers, (Mexicorn) can omit if strict keto
- 1 C Avocado Mayonnaise
- 1 T Red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350° Shred the pound of pepper jack cheese. Add Parmesan, garlic, diced green chilies, corn , mayonnaise and red pepper flakes, mix well.
Combine and mix well.
Place all well mixed ingredients into a 9" cast iron skillet or 9 x 9 baking dish, pie plate would work as well. Bake for 30 minutes until all golden and bubbly perfection. Serve with vegetables or fry up some low carb tortillas into chips and dip away. Enjoy!
