Cheesy Low Carb Cauli Mash

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bags Riced Cauliflower Cooked and Drained
- 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Heavy cream
- 6 T Butter Softened
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese I used flavored chive & onion
- 6 oz. Asiago Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° Pull out the food processor, and place drained cauliflower, garlic, salt, heavy cream, butter, cream cheese and Asiago cheese. Blend all together and you can place in a greased casserole dish or I like to use my cast iron skillet.
- Bake cauli mash for 30 minutes. Take out and broil for another 5 minutes for a golden color. Enjoy friends!
