  • Rinse and drain 3 stalks of hearts of Romaine lettuce. Chop into bite size pieces.
  • Pat dry lettuce and place in a large bowl.
  • Chop cucumber, avocado, salami, sun dried tomatoes and mozarella. Layer each ingredient including white beans over the top of your chopped bed of lettuce.
  • In a separate bowl add all dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad and enjoy!
