  • Combine spices in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Chop up onions, and Ortega green chilies and saute in pan with 1 T olive oil.
  • Add meat and spices to pan and cook until brown.
  • Add fire roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce, combine. Simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  • This turkey is so tasty. I personally love it best the next day after it has had time to let the flavors settle. It pairs nicely with my cheesy jalapeno no corn cornbread. Enjoy!
