Combine spices in a bowl. Set aside.
Chop up onions, and Ortega green chilies and saute in pan with 1 T olive oil.
Add meat and spices to pan and cook until brown.
Add fire roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce, combine. Simmer for at least 20 minutes.
This turkey is so tasty. I personally love it best the next day after it has had time to let the flavors settle. It pairs nicely with my cheesy jalapeno no corn cornbread. Enjoy!
