This recipe is for six buns, but I made them into four large buns. You can make this recipe stretch if you choose. I used shallow ramekins to bake these buns in.

  • Preheat oven to 375 °. Grease four or six ramekins and spray with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients (flour, yeast, erythritol, baking powder). Set aside.
  • Put cream cheese, mozzarella cheese in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
  • Pour dry ingredients into melted cheese and mix well. Add eggs. Continue mixing (I use my hands) until dough forms.
  • Divide into greased ramekins and sprinkle tops with seasoning. I baked four for 15 min. If making more, lessen time. Remove when golden on top.
  • Cool, slice and fill with your favorite burger and all those yummy toppings!
