Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 °. Grease four or six ramekins and spray with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients (flour, yeast, erythritol, baking powder). Set aside.
Put cream cheese, mozzarella cheese in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
Pour dry ingredients into melted cheese and mix well. Add eggs. Continue mixing (I use my hands) until dough forms.
Divide into greased ramekins and sprinkle tops with seasoning. I baked four for 15 min. If making more, lessen time. Remove when golden on top.
Cool, slice and fill with your favorite burger and all those yummy toppings!
