Low Carb Keto Hamburger Buns

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C almond flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 2 ½ C Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 T Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 T Erythritol
  • 1 T Everything But The Bagel Seasoning To Sprinkle on tops

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 °. Grease four or six ramekins and spray with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients (flour, yeast, erythritol, baking powder). Set aside.
  • Put cream cheese, mozzarella cheese in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
  • Pour dry ingredients into melted cheese and mix well. Add eggs. Continue mixing (I use my hands) until dough forms.
  • Divide into greased ramekins and sprinkle tops with seasoning. I baked four for 15 min. If making more, lessen time. Remove when golden on top.
  • Cool, slice and fill with your favorite burger and all those yummy toppings!
