Cheesy Jalapeno LOW CARB no corn cornbread muffins

- 2 C Almond flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-2 T Granulated sugar substitute I use Lakanto
- 2 C Shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 3 T Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 C Sour cream
- 1/4 C Melted butter
- 1-2 T Chopped jalapenos, fresh or pickled *optional
Preheat oven to 350°. Line 12 muffin tins with liners.
Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar substitute, cheese together.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into muffin tins, filling half way. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
