Chop green onions,.separate whites to add to meat. Hold the greens to sprinkle on top of dish. Mince garlic cloves, grate fresh ginger.
Over medium heat, add olive oil to frying pan and add whites of green onions, ginger and garlic to pan and saute until fragrant, careful not to burn then add in the meat.
Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper to your liking. Continue to cook meat until browned.
In a small bowl, add soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic cloves, minced, and ginger. Mix well.
Over medium to low heat, add the bag of cole slaw to the meat mixture. Stir constantly until the cole slaw is softened. May need to add a little water to soften. Stir constantly. Add sauce to the pan and stir to heat the sauce.
Make a well in the center of the pan, and crack egg in center. Mix well until cooked through. Turn off heat, and serve immediately.
Serve egg roll in a bowl in a dish and sprinkle with green onions and furikake seasoning.
