Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 C melted butter
  • 3 T granulated sugar substitute — use code NORMA10 for a discount
  • 2 C almond flour
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C powdered sugar substitute — use code NORMA10 for a discount
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 3/4 C heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir together the melted butter, almond flour, 3 tablespoons of your favorite granulated sugar substitute, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Press this crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9" pie plate or springform pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  • While the crust cools, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, and remaining vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  • Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream until the filling is light and fluffy.
  • Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best texture).
  • Top with your favorite low-carb berries like raspberries or blueberries—or enjoy it plain for a true sugar free treat.
