Preheat oven to 350 °
Stir melted butter, almond flour, 3T Swerve and 1 tsp vanilla, mix together.
Press crust on bottom of 9" pie plate or springform pan.
Bake 350 ° for 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Let cool
Blend together cream cheese, 1C powdered sugar substitute, and 1 tsp vanilla until creamy.
Blend in sour cream and heavy cream.
Pour over top of crust & smooth out. Cover, refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with your favorite berries or nothing at all.
