Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir together the melted butter, almond flour, 3 tablespoons of your favorite granulated sugar substitute, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Press this crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9" pie plate or springform pan.
Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
While the crust cools, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, and remaining vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream until the filling is light and fluffy.
Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best texture).
Top with your favorite low-carb berries like raspberries or blueberries—or enjoy it plain for a true sugar free treat.
