Peanut Dressing, low carb low sugar

You will want to double this recipe like I do so you have plenty of this low carb sugar free peanut dressing on hand . Store in an air tight container in your fridge to use for your salads and dip your favorite vegetables in. Make sure to use a good quality peanut butter and remember if it gets too thick, add a little water to thin out.

  • Add all ingredients to a small jar or container with a lid.
  • Close the lid tightly and shake well until fully combined.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust – add a splash more vinegar for tang or a pinch more sweetener if needed.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
