This is my all time favorite quick egg sammie. For those mornings when you are running and don't have time to cook, it just takes 1 minute in the microwave and you are ready to head out the door with your quick egg sammie in hand. Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 3 slices avocado
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese or your favorite
  • Everything But Bagel Seasoning generous sprinkle
  • 1 slice Outer Aisle Sandwich Thin toasted (use promocode Norma10)
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Place 1T butter in mug or ramekin and melt in microwave
  • Crack two eggs into mug with melted butter, whisk and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place mug in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  • While egg is cooking, toast your sandwich thin in air fryer or over a hot skillet.
  • Spread mayo on top of toasted thin, start layering with cheese, tomato, egg and avocado. Sprinkle with Everything But Bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
