The Best Low Carb Dessert Fruit Pizza

This yummy fruit pizza is low carb keto friendly! So yummy with a cookie crust and cream cheese icing. Your friends will never know it's low carb sugar free. Mine didn't!

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Cream butter and sugar with beaters, and slowly add the rest of the ingredients.

  • Place the dough in the center of a greased pizza pan.

  • Spray one side of parchment paper and place on top of dough.

  • Using a rolling pin, roll the dough on top of the parchment paper.

  • Bake pizza cookie crust in oven for 20-25 minutes until center is cooked and edges are golden. Take out and let completely cool.

  • In a bowl, blend together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar substitute until completely blended smooth.
  • Once pizza is completely cooled, spread cream cheese icing over top of pizza and top with berries.

  • Arrange berries whole or by slicing them in halves.
