The Best Low Carb Dessert Fruit Pizza
This yummy fruit pizza is low carb keto friendly! So yummy with a cookie crust and cream cheese icing. Your friends will never know it's low carb sugar free. Mine didn't!

Ingredients

Butter, softened

Eggs

vanilla

Coconut flour

Baking powder

Seasonal berries

ICING

Cream cheese, softened

Powdered sugar substitute

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Cream butter and sugar with beaters, and slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
Place the dough in the center of a greased pizza pan.
Spray one side of parchment paper and place on top of dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough on top of the parchment paper.
Bake pizza cookie crust in oven for 20-25 minutes until center is cooked and edges are golden. Take out and let completely cool.
In a bowl, blend together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar substitute until completely blended smooth.
Once pizza is completely cooled, spread cream cheese icing over top of pizza and top with berries.
Arrange berries whole or by slicing them in halves.
