Preheat oven to 325F. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Set aside
Add egg white powder, sugar substitute, cream of tartar, salt and water to a mixing bowl. If using a stand mixer, beat until stiff peaks, this could take up to 5 minutes. If using a hand held mixer, could take upwards of 10 minutes
Once stiff peaks form, add the dried whole eggs and blend until incorporated. Pour into greased loaf pan, and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool. Slice and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
