Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Arugula
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese, torn
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios, shelled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Rinse berries, and slice strawberries, set aside.
  • Fill a serving bowl/platter with arugula
  • Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper over arugula.
  • Tear apart Burrata cheese, and place on top of arugula .
  • Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil over top. Drizzle 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle pistachios on top, serve cold.
