Ingredients

  • 1.5 C Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 T Cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 C Almond flour
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Place 1-1/2 C mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in microwave safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds, stir, another 30 seconds, stir. Add egg and almond flour, mix thoroughly.
  • Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and place dough on parchment paper.
  • Oil fingers, and pat down the dough flat onto the cookie sheet until it is a uniform thickness.
  • Sprinkle dough with fresh minced garlic, Italian seasoning, 1/4 C Parmesan cheese and 1/4 C mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
  • Top with remaining 1/4 C Parmesan cheese and 1/4 C mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes until edges are brown and cheese is bubbling.

Place mozzarella & cream cheese in microwave for 30 sec stir, another 30 sec. till melted. . 🥯 Add in almond flour, egg, baking powder and mix using fork. 🥯 Separate dough into six balls. 🥯 Roll each ball in a log then form a circle shape. . 🥯 Sprinkle tops with seasoning and bake 10-15 min.
