Sugar Free Honey Dijon Sheet Pan Salmon
This easy sheet pan salmon is packed full of healthy fats, protein and fiber. This recipe uses a delicious sugar free honey dijon dressing from Walden Farms. Zero sugar, zero carbs & lots of flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 lb Salmon filet
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 sweet potato, peeled & diced
- 10 oz Brussel Sprouts, halved
- 6-8 tbsp Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Place sweet potatoes & Brussel sprouts on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Pull tray out of oven and make room for salmon. Salt & pepper the salmon..
- Drizzle honey dijon dressing on top of salmon & over vegetables.
- Bake for 10 minutes until salmon is flaky.
