  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Place sweet potatoes & Brussel sprouts on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Pull tray out of oven and make room for salmon. Salt & pepper the salmon..
  • Drizzle honey dijon dressing on top of salmon & over vegetables.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until salmon is flaky.
